At Silver Beginnings, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1. Non-Engraved Items
We accept returns on non-engraved items within 48 hours of shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
2.2. Engraved or Special Order Items
Engraved or special order items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. We encourage you to carefully review your customization choices before finalizing your order. If you receive a damaged or defective engraved item, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
3. Return Process

3.2. Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please include your Return Authorization Number with your return package.
4. Refunds
4.1. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4.2. Deductions
Please note that the refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any shipping costs we have incurred. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
